Essential oils can be used to safely and alternatively help with some health and wellness issues.

Always consult your doctor if you are combining an essential oil blend with your treatments.

There are many resources on the Internet that can provide you with detailed information on essential oils and their uses.  Always do your own research when you consider using something that can affect your health and wellbeing.  Terpenes, known as essential oils, are concentrated extracts of the plant mixed with oxygen.

Never ingest essential oils, unless you have researched the correct method of ingestion and dose information.  Make sure your oils are of therapeutic quality if you're planning on taking it internally.  None of our blends are for internal use.

 

Essential oils are extremely concentrated molecules.  Depending on the plant, you normally only need 1 drop when diluting your essential oils for skin applications!

 

I sourced some lists of essential oils to be avoided by pregnant and breastfeeding women and  oils to take care off around your pets.

Most of my information is from; Essential Oil Safety: A Guide for Health Care Professionals 2nd Edition, by Robert Tisserand (Author), and Rodney Young, one of the most comprehensive books on the subject.
 

Ensure that you have a healthy balanced diet, do regular exercise and your life will be the better for it.
